Pizza places in the United States run from a counter with two stools and a stack of boxes to a full sit-down pizzeria with a bar, and most neighborhood shops do all three things at once: dine-in, takeout and delivery. Ordering by phone is still common and often faster than an app, and many independents charge less when you call direct because there is no platform fee. Sizes are usually listed in inches (a small around 10", a large 14", an extra-large 16" or more), and a large feeds two to three adults. Slices are sold from a display case at New York-style counters and reheated to order; whole pies take 15-25 minutes at a busy shop. Most spots take cards and mobile pay, though a few older pizzerias remain cash-only, so check the door or the listing before you order.

The business lists hours on 7 days of the week. The most common schedule is 11 am–10 pm. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. The listed phone number is (805) 962-4648. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. More information is available on its website, order.cpk.com.

me and my family went Sunday, June 28th, 2026. mid-day. staff sat us and we got our food there was no complaints in that besides the guy tried upselling us everytime. Also all the staff, once their done talking to you, they group up and talk about their own lives, they never come to check on us unless they see dishes or empty drinks. so many of them just sit around at tables and in the corners gossiping. Also. I got food poisoning I mean bad. I couldn’t eat anything else since that afternoon without feeling very sick or having bowl problems. Don’t go here.

We visited CPK Sunday night around 9:15 p.m. knowing they closed at 10. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt very unwelcoming. Two employees stared at us when we entered and after confirming they were still open for two people, one employee silently grabbed menus, walked us to a table, set them down and walked away without saying a word. The overall vibe was very much β€œwhy are you here this close to closing?” while staff focused on cleaning and side work. What made the experience more frustrating was seeing another guest walk in about 20 minutes before closing and receive a completely different experience ,smiles, conversation and a warm welcome at the bar. Our server, however, was the bright spot of the night and the reason this is not a 1-star review. He was polite, attentive and genuinely tried to help. We came specifically for the tostada pizza because it has been my favorite CPK item for years. Unfortunately, the salsa was placed directly on top of the pizza instead of on the side like it had always been served before. I have a tomato allergy, so this became a problem immediately. Even after scraping everything off, the tomato had soaked into the pizza enough t

My son and I love CPK and decided to stop at this location on our way back to L.A. from Paso Robles. He orders the pepperoni pizza and I get the Italian chopped salad(half) with grilled shrimp, yum! Gluten free of course. I wanted to write this review to highlight the wonderful service provided at this location. There was an issue with a gift card and bonus cards I purchased over the holidays. Our waitress was great and she referred the issue to Stephanie and wow not only was she very kind but she also was diligent in figuring out what happened and quickly resolved it and made sure we were taken care of and happy when we were done. Thank you so much Stephanie!

πŸ• Great spot for a delicious meal! We visited California Pizza Kitchen and were really impressed! The pizza was outstanding β€” thin, crispy crust, fresh ingredients, and unique but well-balanced flavors. The BBQ Chicken pizza was a standout β€” the sauce was amazing! Service was excellent: friendly staff, fast and efficient, with a clean and cozy atmosphere. The interior is inviting and relaxed β€” perfect for a meal with friends or a casual dinner. We’ll definitely be coming back! Highly recommend to anyone who enjoys quality pizza and good vibes.

Well, I took family out, and we had 3 main dishes. For me, I had the chicken Piccata, i would say 7. The taste was on the πŸ‹ side chicken, somewhat stiff. The pasta was good. Wife had shrimp scampi zucchini she rated it an 8 zucchini missing flavor. My girl had garlic fettuccine rated it a 7 missing flavor. I loved the wacamole and chips. Would have loved more refills, but they hardly came to check on us. Lighting and ambiance were good. In short, I would come back, just not the same food choices.
